Learning to Run with Freedom

Would you like to learn to run with good posture, buoyancy in your joints and easier breathing?

This 8 week course on Wednesday evenings (6.15-7.45pm) is ideal for those new to running and also suitable for current runners interested in improving their running form.

You will be learning the principles of the Alexander Technique with running in a practical, experiential format, so that you can develop habits of running with more freedom, increased lung capacity and an easier swing.
